There is still time to whip up some bunnies and eggs! Just in time for Easter, we’ve collected some easy do-it-yourself projects. All the projects below include instructions.

This pretty wall hanging from CraftIdeas would make a thoughtful gift for a baby born around Easter time.

These adorable bunny finger puppets from the Purl Bee, complete with pom-pom tails, make a playful addition to an Easter basket. Or make families of bunnies to populate your home!

Okay, Scrappy Gals, here’s the perfect project for your scraps! Retro Mama’s soft fabric eggs can be piled on a barnyard chic cake platter as seen above or bundled into a decorative Easter basket.

These little lambs from Pattern Bee are sure to delight young and not-so-young alike. Make them from fabric scraps or wool felt. Click on “Download Free Pattern” on the Pattern Bee website for pattern and instructions.

It’s Peeps season! Our final project is Little Grow Peeps from Woman’s Day. The completed flower is inedible, but it’s too cute to eat anyway!

This week’s post offers more quilts for kids, this time featuring soft and bright pastels, flowers, stars, hearts, and butterflies.

First up is the “Easy Panel Quilt” designed by Roseann Meehan Kermes, on the All People Quilt website. The large printed center panel makes this quilt quick and easy to make.

For those of you searching for your next appliqué project, look no further! The “Hearts & Flowers Appliqué Quilt” by Linda Lum DeBono, also at All People Quilt, features text, stars, X’s and O’s, and the hearts and flowers of its title. It makes a bright pretty wallhanging for a ‘tween or a bed quilt for a young child.

The delightful “Snuggle Play Laugh Love” quilt by Jennifer Overstreet, at Moda Bake Shop, highlights text in different fonts. It may look complicated, but Jennifer says that it is super easy for any beginner to make. The instructions include templates for the text and an instructional video in case you want to create your own!

The “Dot Dot Dash” quilt by Lisa Maxwell, also at Moda Bake Shop, is a single bed sized quilt perfect for a teenager. However, wearing it outside in the middle of a Syracuse winter is not recommended!
